About Your Coach
Her approach blends practical communication techniques with the creativity and fun of stand-up comedy, making this challenge both empowering and entertaining.
Why This Course Is Designed for Women
Too many talented women stay silent when their voices deserve to be heard. You might find yourself:
- Apologising before you speak
- Holding back from sharing ideas
- Downplaying your skills or achievements
- Avoiding visibility opportunities like panels, presentations, or pitches
You’re not alone — and you’re not the problem.
This course is built on the understanding that women often face specific, gendered challenges in high-pressure communication environments. It’s not about “fixing” you — it’s about giving you the skills and confidence to be heard, seen, and respected in a way that feels authentic to you.
You’ll be supported in a safe, collaborative space where you can practise new techniques, share ideas, and receive constructive feedback — with no judgment.
Who Is This Course For?
This one-day public speaking course is designed for women across industries and roles, including:
- Entrepreneurs pitching for investment or visibility
- Team leaders presenting to clients or stakeholders
- Professionals stepping into new leadership roles
- Women returning to work or transitioning careers
- Ambitious individuals who want to communicate with greater impact
You don’t need to be an experienced speaker. You just need the willingness to step forward and explore what you’re capable of.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave with greater clarity, improved structure in your content, and a renewed sense of confidence in your ability to speak and lead.
What You’ll Learn
- How to feel confident, clear, and in control when presenting

- How to use humour professionally to build rapport
- Effective use of body language and tone of voice
- How to manage nerves and turn them into positive energy
- Memory techniques that keep you on track under pressure
- How to persuade, inspire, and influence in meetings, pitches, and presentations
Stage Fright to Spotlight.

Louise has helped me transform my presenting skills in so many ways. Her advice and guidance have been so helpful to me. As someone with zero presenting experience she has enabled me to not only create engaging content but also improve my body language and massively reduce those ever-present nerves! Thank you so much Louise.

Louise is a fantastic Communications Coach. She immediately makes you feel at ease with her friendly and easy-going personality. She is funny and is remarkably in tune with the do’s and don’ts of communication. I highly recommend.
